John Stossel hates personal injury lawyers so much he can’t stop writing and talking about them. He claims they are his mortal enemies. He claims they are parasites. He will be doing another rant against lawyers who help injured people on his Fox show this week. For the 12 people who might watch, consider this.

When Stossel was “hurt” by a wrestler with “fake” moves, what did he do? He hired a lawyer and sued, not only the wrestler, but the wrestler’s “deep pockets” employer, the World Wrestling Federation, and settled his case for $425,000.

John Stossel is a hypocrite and some might even say a parasite himself.

The McDonald’s coffee case has been used for years by so-called “tort reformers” to justify stripping away the average citizen’s Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial. Do you think you know the facts of the case?
