William Joiner, an associate at Mitchell & Shapiro, was born in Atlanta in 1970. He graduated with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1993 and received his J.D. from Georgia State University in 2000. Mr. Joiner was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2000.
